                                           Anything we give to the computer, is input. In return, computer provide us output. To View that output we need output devices. To give input we need input devices.  These output devices show us processed form of data. The example of output devices is Monitor, Speaker, Plotter and Printer.

                                    A display device is the output device that is used to show the information in the form of images. Display Devices are called video monitor or Video display unit (VDU).

Speaker:

                       Speaker is mostly used output device. It produces sounds. There are different types of speakers, some are specially designed for computer some for externally used etc. But their main purpose is to produce sounds.

Speakers are converter that turn electromagnetic waves into the sound waves. The speakers take audio input from any device such like a computer or another device like audio receiver. This input may any form like either in analog form or digital form. Analog speakers just amplify the analog electromagnetic waves into the sound waves. Because sound waves are constructed in analog form, the digital speakers should first turn the digital input to the analog signal, then sound waves are generated.

The sound generated by speakers is defined in amplitude and frequency. The frequency defines how high or low is sound's pitch. A speaker system's ability to precisely regenerate sound frequencies is a excellent indicator of how the clear the audio will be. Different speakers conclude multiple speaker cones for the different frequency ranges, which helps to generate more good sounds for every range.                  A plotter is an output device that take commands from computer and draw the print of any thing using three or four pens. Distinctive from a regular printer, a plotter may draw constant item by item directly from vector graphic files or from commands.
